Any of the study materials can be downloaded and used without charge. Hard copies can be purchased. Please contact our office for current prices.

The materials, which are listed below, are available in Microsoft Word and PDF Adobe Reader formats. Educators are free to use the material in any way that is helpful, but the Trust should be acknowledged, and the material may not be sold without the Trust’s permission. The Trust asks that users acknowledge the source of the material.

There is a Spanish adaptation, in two volumes, of some of the study material, which is described at the end of this list.

Spanish Adaptation of the Study Programme

Two volumes of material in Spanish have been produced, drawing on the Management of Public Records Project Study Programme, at the University of Montevideo in Uruguay. The Trust is grateful to the National Archives of Uruguay (Archivo General de la Nacion Uruguay), for kind permission to make the Spanish material available free of charge.
