It focuses on medical records, pension records, land claim records, electoral records and legal records. It describes how the Ghana Government has addressed these issues as part of its Civil Service Reform Programme. This film was produced as a component of the Management of Public Sector Records Study Programme with funding from the UK Department for International Development.
